and your Regional Coordinator. Both contacts can be found on the
Contacts page.

adjacent to other Chapters or Domains.]

[You should have 5 paid members if more than 30 miles from another chapter or
domain, or 10 paid members if within 30 miles of a chapter or domain.]
[You may optionally include Name, Camarilla Membership # and e-mail address
for the Proposed Venue Storytellers (VSTs), but the VST position is not
required to start a chapter. The Venue Storyteller (VST) is the storyteller
who supervises the chapter members' characters and serves as the presiding
storyteller for independent-chapter-sponsored gaming events. There is
usually one VST for each venue of interest to local members (Vampire
Camarilla/Anarch, Sabbat, Werewolf, Mage, Changeling, and Wraith).]
