My apologies for the lateness of this report, Wes and I have been
working out a bit of Office procedural policy. Add that to short Staff
and Hiring, Con Crud and not enough day in my hours and you have my
first really late report in 5.5 years.

Problems:
1. Need NST and MST awards as ratified by the NC
2. Reviews still coming in wrong formats. Please have the ARC's
update the form or transfer to the proper form.
3. ARC's need to watch dates, awards must be in the month earned
not the month awarded for caps.
4. ARC's need to add verifications and forward verification
emails to avoid delays.
5. Unless a review has been through the National Team we need to
have the entire log from MC 1 on up submitted for review.
6. Waiting on upload of data from Chuck Childers .

Comments, Questions, Suggestions:

1. Full Staff hired and in process of training for January
opening of  "By Year" reviews for the database. There were many fine
applicants, though some eliminated themselves by not following the
instructions in the All Call. Selection was based on qualifications,
reliability, and previous experience that could be brought to the
team.
2. Questions being gathered for living FAQ from emails received.
3. The Lexar drive that was donated is something I would
recommend for National Officers like Kelley Barnes Herrmann, Wes
Contreras, etc. I was extremely pleasantly surprised at the amount of
data it holds and transports easily. The data can be pass-worded if it
is of a sensitive nature. It made the Prestige Lecture very
interactive and allowed for projection of examples via a computer hook
up to a projector extremely easy. I was able to copy all completed
reviews to the drive and still had space left. Immediate on site
access to records for those needing MC Cards.
