Problems:

1. Still behind on the ST National Awards.
2. Until the Database is up and running, I do need to receive
copies of all National Prestige Awards made for the ANC site. While it
is good that they are backed up to individual sites, when the Review
Team is doing verifications it is faster if we don't have to hop all
over the web to find things.
3. Where are we caching the GSA awards now?

Comments, Questions, Suggestions:
1. Received copies of Michelle Webbs Reports from her, we are
cross checking for missing awards on the site.
2. ARC's need to chime in on the Database reviews.
3. After discussion with Charles Bailey Club Director, I will be
starting a monthly IRC Chat on Prestige awards for the Regional,
National and Global Officers. This will allow me to answer questions
they may have as well as to further education regarding prestige and
understanding it. Suggestions for a day and time gratefully
appreciated.
4. RC's should be issuing MC cards for those who have been
reviewed for the Database and have achieved MC 9-11. They do NOT have
approval for those MC's without the RC's approval. Only the Totals are
locked down.
5. Due to the number of database reviews currently arriving
almost daily I will be changing slightly the method under which they
are done, initially. I will be assigning Individual Reviews to members
of the National Team for pre audit, and then going through what they
post back to the list for final review. They will be posting questions
for the ARC's to the list for answers and verifications.
6. All call for 1998 will be going out June 10th. I anticipate
that this will be one of our LARGEST years for review.
