Comments, Questions, Suggestions:
1. Would the RC's please forward for inclusion on the ANC Site ,
all records they have of awards for the RST's of your Regions as far
back as you have them if possible. This will help greatly in the
coming months.
2. PLEASE, every ARC down load the National Spreadsheet, and
transfer the logs to the National Format. When they come through on
different formats it slows down the processing immensely.
3. Again Logs are coming in without verification URLS for
Regional or National Prestige. This means when the reviewers go
through the logs they can't verify the awards. I must then go through
line by line and locate the proper links and insert them. For one or
two logs this is not major deal, but when it stretches to 9 or More, I
am spending hours doing what should be done at the Local and Regional
Levels. I will start sending them back for proper verifications
starting with the March Reviews.
4. Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT insert Verification Emails into the
Logs. I have no way of telling if these emails are valid or not
without requesting re-verification by the awarding officer. Please
Forward the emails themselves to the MC Review Lists.
5. Paula Watt is taking a well deserved and much needed break.
This woman has been going balls to the wall through 2 ANC's.
6. Ready for the Call for 94-97 Volunteer Prestige Reviews.
