Comments, Questions, Suggestions:

1. The hard drive that was donated by Peter Savas US2002021230

was damaged in transit. This was discovered upon installation (really painful sounds, thank you Post Office) A new Hard drive was supplied by Pearce Dreadin to be exclusively used for Maintenance of the Prestige Records and archives. I have already begun moving the Database information and records onto it. This will drastically reduce my search time on verifications from archives. I would like to award Pearce 40 N for this donation. It is brand new, and will be passed to my successor with all of the records on it. Basically a plug and play backup of everything I have, including the ANC web site and all National Awards. Peter however should not be penalized for his efforts on the behalf of this office.

2. Supplies sufficient to stock the ARCs in several Regions are

on hand. Stamps, Envelopes, Card Stock etc. A Call will be going out to see who is in need.

3. I will need to put out an all call this month for reviewers. I

have several who have been very inactive, and need to replace them.
