GenCon 2000

This is my revision of the Recommendations, keeping in mind the Prestige 2000 guidelines which divide up the Conventions category. I will be sure to inform each person of their ability to keep the Nat. and Reg. first and drop off Open as necessary to conform to the maximums.   Following are my recommendations for Prestige Awards for GenCon, August 10-13, 2000 in Milwaukee, WI.
