I would like to recommend Mark Seketa for 25N Prestige for running the Mage Game at GLaRE. This exceptional reward is based on the fact that the Mage Lead quit two weeks before the convention. Mark immediately stepped up to the plate, took over the plot, prepared a complete two day game, in that time period. Then due to schedule changes, had to change his plans and be ready to run a game two hours after arriving at the convention. On top of all this, the game was so successful for two days, Mark was asked to step forward yet again and run a third game over the course of the Con. He did this all in top notch form to the point that the turn out for the third day was as large as that of the previously announced games. Security – Worked a Total of 51 hours for the con, ‘Nuff said.Nic also worked non-stop, I do not think he played more then 4 hours the entire weekend and was helping me in security constantly. He took care of all the radio problems and also helped clean up a ton of messes left behind by other people. Start of con to end of con – Security, Set up, ‘herding cats’, pre & post con work, lots of lack of sleep, Hotel staff interaction/cleaning, I would recommend Robert Reed for exceptional for stepping in when ever he saw a gap and aiding myself in keeping things in line and moving. he made sure that all departments weere staffed and did a exceptional amount of post con work in working on the Prestige to make sure it is in line with the handbook. J.t. Worked countless hours, he clearly worked over 20 hours that I could tell during this con. He was mainly security and did a very good job of it. He also cleaned the entire hallway; hospitality room on his own time and in my opinion went beyond the call of duty. Gathering up all the left behind drinks and making trip to spill them out, gathering all the cans, getting rid of the trash at the hotels dumpsters and cleaning up everyone’s mess they left behind.
