Artwork
Any convention artwork must be approved by the NCA prior to the
artwork being used. This includes, but is not limited to: t-shirts,
program guides, badges, flyers, and website art. All publications need
to have the club logo and the White Wolf logo on the item. No
religious or other potentially offensive imagery may be used on any
conventions artwork.

Convention Graphics
Before a convention logo can be considered official for a Regional or
National event, it must be submitted to the National Conventions
Administrator and White Wolf for approval, by sending a copy of the
logo to the NCA. Once the logo is approved it may be posted to the
convention website and included in any material promoting the
convention. Convention logos are required to feature both the
Camarilla and White Wolf logos in their design. No religious or other
potentially offensive imagery may be used on any conventions artwork.

Convention T-Shirts
Moving forward White Wolf will be providing the printing services for
convention T-Shirts starting in 2005.
Final convention t-shirt designs should be forwarded to White Wolf 60 days
prior to the convention date. The t-shirt submission will include a mock-up
of each t-shirt (consisting of shirt color, logo placement (front and back))
and transparent copies of any graphic elements used in either .psd or .eps
format.

Fundraisers
All fundraisers must be pre-approved by the Regional Coordinator. All fundraisers for conventions go to the convention and not to the domains. A domain cannot loan money to a convention.
Bids
The following bid guidelines have been created for use of the individuals gathering a bid for a regional event. Send your bid to your Regional Coordinator.
