21st Century

  • 2001 Requiem Following fifteen years of stability since the "night of long knives", Prince Tyrian Frost relinquishes control of the city to another member of the Invictus Covenant, and departs for North America on what he calls pressing covenant business.

20th Century

  • 1984 Requiem In a sudden series of traps and fights, several of Oslo's Invictus and surviving Carthians are put to death by the Prince and members of the court, aided by several foreign "specialists". No official statement is made, though it is rumored that those killed were plotting to overthrow Invictus rule in Oslo.
  • 1975 Requiem After two years of "war" carried out via mortal servants and allies, businesses, and brutal fighting on the docks of the city, the Invictus take control of Oslo and Lord Tyrian Frost becomes Prince. Rumors abound from the surviving Carthians that the conquering Invictus had often committed diablerie on captured/defeated enemies. Rumors also spread that some American Carthians came to Oslo to try and assassinate the Prince, but failed and were driven away or killed themselves.
  • 1973 Requiem For the first time since members of the Carthian Movement took power in Oslo at the end of World War II, a struggle for control erupts between the incumbents and members of the Invictus led by one Lord Tyrian Frost.
