21st Century

20th Century

  • 1997 - Requiem - An alliance is forged with the growing former Eastern Block crime syndicates, thereby solidifying the place of House Farkas in Odessa.
  • 1989 - Requiem - The fall of the "Iron Curtain" opens the door for the return of The Wolf's Teeth. Later this same year Vincenzo Gustavo Gatti returns with key members of his team and seizes control after several months of intense bloodshed.
  • 1945 - Odessa is the first of four Soviet cities to be awarded the title of Hero City.
  • 1944 - Odessa is liberated by the Soviet Army.
  • 1941 - The forces of Nazi Germany with the support of Romanian units seize Odessa. Throuhgout this time period approximately 60,000 Odessans (mostly Jews) are either massacred or deported.
  • 1922 - Effects of the famine subside in Odessa and the surrounding region.
  • 1921 - Famine rages throughout Odessa as a result of the Civil war.
  • 1920 - The Red Army takes control of Odessa and unites it with the Ukrainian SSR, which later becomes part of the USSR.
  • 1917 - Immediately following the Bolshevik Revolution , Odessa becomes occupied by several groups, including the Ukrainian Tsentral'na Rada, the French Army, the Red Army and the White Army.
  • 1915 - Requiem - Begrudingly Vincenzo Gustavo Gatti pulls out of Odessa, but not after spending a fortune in bribes, holdings and lands in key parts of Odessa. This paves the way for their return, when the time is right.
  • 1914 - Requiem The order is given that all loyal forces of the Wolf's Teeth are to return to Budapest to defend thepsychic readingin the event the region destabilizes, in no small part by the efforts of Carthian Movement and the Bolshevik Revolution.
  • 1905 - Odessa is the site of a workers' uprising supported by the crew of the Russian battleship Potemkin and Lenin's Iskra. Hundreds of Odessan citizens are murdered on the great stone staircase, now popularly known as the "Potemkin Steps."

19th Century

  • 1882 - Odessa becomes known as a base of support for the political movement known as Zionism due to its rather population of Jews.
  • 1866 - A rail line linking Odessa to Kiev, Kharkov and Romania is established. This in turn causes a major boom in population and wealth.
  • 1857 - Requiem - An elite cadre of hired killers and criminals are formed in Odessa, known as The Wolf's Teeth
  • 1853 - The entire Crimean Pennisula is engulfed in a full-scale war.
